Who We Are

Our mission is simple - To remove the burden off of retirees & their families having to waste precious time with healthcare companies and financial institutions during life transition so that they can live out their golden years.

Our organization builds purposeful partnerships with respected corporations to strengthen and support their retirees, protecting both their health and financial well‑being. With more than 25 years of experience, our proven retiree advocacy program is designed to deliver meaningful guidance and equip retirees with the tools they need to live confidently, stay informed, and preserve a lasting legacy.

In today’s challenging environment marked by rising inflation and increasing uncertainty around the long‑term stability of Social Security, which is projected to fully fund scheduled benefits only through 2034 retirees face more complexity than ever before. Through every shift and every challenge, we stand beside them, ensuring they are supported, protected, and empowered.

Our Founders

The Honesty Retiree Program was founded by Erica and Hervey Beal, two visionary leaders rooted in the vibrant community of San Antonio, Texas. With more than 25 years of combined experience across their respective fields, they recognized a deeper calling to serve and protect one of the most vulnerable populations retirees. Their shared passion for people, unwavering compassion, and commitment to integrity inspired them to create a program that offers meaningful support in some of the most confusing and critical areas of life.

Driven by a genuine desire to make a lasting difference, Erica and Hervey built the Honesty Retiree Program to ensure that every retiree receives the guidance, advocacy, and clarity they deserve.

“We’ve been able to experience what it’s like to be both a consumer, as well as having the privilege to work in these industries gives us a greater understanding of processes, turnaround times, and what follow up questions to ask in order to get results”
